Do I need a licence to rent short term?
Short-term rentals in Florida need a state vacation rental licence, a county tourist development tax account and, in several municipalities, a local registration as well. The rules change from one address to the next, so we check yours before starting and take care of the paperwork.
How long does it take to bring the property into operation?
With the property ready and the paperwork in order, we usually publish within days: photography, listing on the platforms and a synchronised calendar.
Who takes care of cleaning and incidents?
Our own staff in the area. Cleaning between stays, laundry and repairs are covered by us.
